Alright, first of all you preheat your oven to 375. Then add the peanut butter, brown sugar, shortening, white sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl.
Then mix until smooth.
To a separate bowl add two cups of flour...
Salt...
Baking soda...
And baking powder.
Whisk...
And add to the bowl of wet ingredients.
Then mix it up...
Until it sort of resembles play-dough.
Line the dough blobs up...
And use a fork to flatten them in a criss-cross shape.
Then bake 'em for 9 minutes!
And you're done! These go great with milk, skim or whole. They are very simple, and if you like peanut butter, you will be in seventh heaven when you try these!

Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Shortening1 c. Peanut butter
3/4 c. White sugar
3/4 c. Brown sugar
1tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 1/4 c. Flour
1tsp. Salt
1/2tsp. Baking powder
1/2tsp. Baking soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cream shortening, peanut butter, white and brown sugar, and vanilla. After creamed, add in the eggs.In a separate bowl add the flour, salt, and baking powder and soda. Then, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Put in oven for 10 to 9 minutes. And BOOM! You're done! Enjoy these, my friends!
